Customers may be asked to provide details including:
- Box size

After receiving the request, our packaging team may contact the customer by email or phone to confirm the specifications.
Once the order details are finalized, we will provide an invoice or payment instructions. Production begins after payment and required artwork approval have been completed.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through the payment options available on our website or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices and payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Once payment has been successfully received and the required order information has been confirmed, we may begin processing the order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, artwork, and order information.

The availability of individual payment methods may depend on the checkout or payment provider being used.
Printing Process
Artwork and Design
Customers may provide their own artwork or request assistance from our packaging team where available.
Customers supplying their own artwork are responsible for ensuring that the files, logos, images, text, and designs are accurate and that they have the legal right to use them.
Design Approval
Before printing begins, Tuck Packaging may provide a digital proof, mockup, dieline, or artwork file for customer approval.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approving the artwork.
This includes:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Graphics
- Logos
- Colors
- Dimensions
- Contact details
- Artwork placement
- Barcodes or QR codes
Once the artwork is approved, it may immediately be forwarded for production. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.
Color Variations in Printed Products
Please note that colors shown on computer screens, mobile devices, and digital proofs may not exactly match the final printed product.
Minor color differences can occur due to:
- Printing methods
- Ink variations
- Material type
- Screen settings
- Coatings and finishes
- RGB and CMYK color differences
By approving the artwork and proceeding with production, customers acknowledge that reasonable color variations may occur.
Minor printing variations that fall within normal commercial printing tolerances will not normally qualify for reprinting or refunds.
Order Cancellation
Customers should contact Tuck Packaging as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
There is generally a period of up to 4 hours after placing an order during which a cancellation request may be accepted, provided production has not already started.
If cancellation is requested after 4 hours, up to 20% of the total order amount may be deducted to cover artwork, administration, material preparation, and production-related costs.
If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, up to 50% of the total order amount may be deducted because printing, manufacturing, material preparation, or other production processes may already have begun.
Once an order has entered an advanced stage of production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled.
Overruns and Underruns
Tuck Packaging makes every reasonable effort to deliver the quantity ordered.
However, due to the nature of custom packaging manufacturing, there may be an overrun or underrun of up to 5% in the final quantity.
Customers who require an exact minimum quantity should inform our team before production begins.
Errors After Artwork Approval
Tuck Packaging provides customers with an opportunity to review and approve artwork before printing where applicable.
Once artwork has been approved by the customer, Tuck Packaging will not be responsible for customer-approved errors including:
- Spelling mistakes
- Grammar mistakes
- Incorrect contact information
- Incorrect graphics
- Low-resolution artwork
- Incorrect artwork placement
- Incorrect barcodes or QR codes
- Incorrect dimensions supplied by the customer
This does not apply to manufacturing errors caused by Tuck Packaging where the final product materially differs from the approved specifications.

Users must not submit artwork, content, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials that violate applicable laws or the rights of another person or organization.
