Quotes and orders
Quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide — dimensions, quantity, material, and finish. Pricing may change if specs change after the quote is issued. An order is confirmed once payment is received and artwork is approved.
Custom products and proofs
Most products are made to your specifications. You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval. Once approved, Tuck Boxes is not liable for errors present in the approved artwork, including spelling, color interpretation, or dieline placement.
Production timelines
Turnaround times begin after proof approval and payment clearance. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, though we work to meet quoted dates. Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Orders may require full payment or a deposit before production begins. Unpaid balances must be cleared before shipment.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handoff to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns and defects
Custom-printed goods are generally non-returnable. Defect and damage claims are handled under our Return Policy. Report issues within the stated window with photos and your order number.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuck Boxes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tuck Boxes operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
